These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by Prix Labs (“Prix Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), each referred to as an “App.” By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our apps

You must use each App in accordance with these Terms and any applicable law. You're responsible for maintaining the security of any account you create within an App.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are managed by those platforms and their respective terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from an App, except where permitted by law;
• Use an App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of an App or its servers.

4. Intellectual property

Apps, along with their content, features, and branding, are owned by Prix Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using an App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in it.

5. Disclaimers

Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. If an App provides fitness, nutrition, or health-related information, it is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prix Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue an App, or your access to it, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
